Do you want an opportunity to improve your British Sign Language and practise your conversational signing in a relaxed, informal setting and sociable way?
Come along to our monthly British Sign Language Café at Locomotion Café at The Garage, Norwich, held on the second Friday of the month at 10.00am till 11.00 am. This month the Sign café is on 13th July.
The session will be led by Patricia Spencer-Thompson, who worked with All-In productions and The Garage to make My First Panto: Little Red Riding Hood accessible to those who use BSL.
All are welcome, regardless of previous experience and we are all looking forward to seeing you there.
Sign and Wine Evening
Our Sign Café has now been meeting monthly since January and moves from strength to strength, giving people the opportunity to practice BSL in the relaxed setting of The Garage’s Locomotion Café. We have listened to what our participants at the events want and that is more opportunities to sign.
So we bring Sign and Wine, taking place from 7pm in Locomotion Café at The Garage. The next Sign and wine evening will take place on Friday 5th October
This bi cultural experience will allow you to practice your signing, in a relaxed and social way over a beverage of your choice.
